Where are your products made?

All our products are handmade in the South West of England, near Bath and Bristol.

If I buy multiple products will they match?

The nature of handmade objects is that each product will be individual but we try our best to make them as similar as possible. 

Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes but we do recommend hand washing. We also warn when using a microwave to take care when removing as they can become hot.

Can you create a bespoke or personalised item?

Yes! I enjoy working on new designs, so please send an email to info@roundaboutceramics.com or visit the commissions page to get in touch. We’d appreciate as much information as possible so we can guarantee that you will receive the best product for you. Please note that all personalised items will take longer to arrive as they will be made for you.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

All of our packaging is sourced from either recycled materials, or biodegradable packaging. If your order arrives in plastic please don’t throw away but recycle it to a new home. We are always on the look out to be as eco-friendly as possible with our packaging. Any suggestions on how we can improve are welcome.

How long does it take for you to ship out the order?

We try our best to send out your orders as soon as possible. All orders will be sent within 7 working days of purchase. If purchasing a made to order item, please see the lead time in the description.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We make sure that all your orders are wrapped carefully and thoughtfully to avoid breakage but in case an order gets damaged during transit, please contact me as soon as you receive the product with an image and we will send out a replacement. Please hold on to the broken product(s) until it has been resolved.

What are the refund options?

Refunds are not available, but if there is something wrong with your order please get in touch and we will sort out an exchange if possible. Shipping costs in any case are non-refundable, please check all your details before checking out. Email me as soon as possible if there is a mistake on your order. Please also note that parcels are sent with signatures on delivery for safety so someone must be in at the address for the parcel to be accepted, if someone will not be in perhaps consider sending to alternative address.

When do you restock?

We don’t have a restock schedule but the best way to receive news on restocked items is to sign up to our newsletter and follow us on instagram.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do and pricing will vary depending on size of order. Please remember you will be in charge of paying the Customs Tax which varies between countries.
